Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Areas & Carriers

We ship within the United States, the EU/UK, and selected international destinations. Carriers and service levels are shown at checkout.

Rates, Duties & Taxes

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service. International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Address Issues & Failed Delivery

Please provide a complete and accurate address. Undeliverable parcels returned to us can be reshipped at your expense or refunded (minus original shipping where applicable).

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 7 days at info@handelplatz.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Local Pickup (if available)

If local pickup is offered, you will receive instructions once your order is ready.
