Refund Policy

Returns Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with all accessories and tags.

Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals that were opened
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards and downloadable software

How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@handelplatz.shop with your order number and reason.
  2. We will provide the return address and packing instructions.
  3. Unless due to our error/defect, return shipping is your responsibility.

Inspection & Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank/issuer, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Exchanges

For faster processing, return the item and place a new order. If damaged or defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days with photos.

Late or Missing Refunds

Check with your bank/issuer first. If you still have not received a refund, contact us at info@handelplatz.shop.
